One way to be invisible.

{February 26, 2010}   A moment of weakness

I now weigh more than I did when I started the LIB Weight Loss Challenge. This is not good. I guess I should get back on the wagon. Shit.

{February 22, 2010}   I am so done.

{February 9, 2010}   Day 36

Well, my cheat day turned into a cheat weekend.  Today we start over, again!  I know the Atkins diet works, I’m proof of that.  I’m wishing I never quit it last year because by this time I probably would have lost most if not all the weight I’m trying and failing at losing right now.

Breakfast:  Sugar free pudding made with half and half.  It came out like a mousse, it was delicious and probably not allowed in the induction phase of Atkins but I made it on my cheat weekend and had to finish it off.  It was heavy and filled me up so I wasn’t even hungry when I had lunch at 12:30.

Lunch:  Mushroom Tomato Cream Soup, I made another pot this weekend.

Snack:  Green Olives

Dinner:  Steak and Roasted Asparagus

Exercise:  Treadmill – 30.30 mins, 1.525 miles, 194.8 cals burned
