			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, my cheat day turned into a cheat weekend.  Today we start over, again!  I know the Atkins diet works, I&#8217;m proof of that.  I&#8217;m wishing I never quit it last year because by this time I probably would have lost most if not all the weight I&#8217;m trying and failing at losing right now.</p>
<p>Breakfast:  Sugar free pudding made with half and half.  It came out like a mousse, it was delicious and probably not allowed in the induction phase of Atkins but I made it on my cheat weekend and had to finish it off.  It was heavy and filled me up so I wasn&#8217;t even hungry when I had lunch at 12:30.</p>
<p>Lunch:  Mushroom Tomato Cream Soup, I made another pot this weekend.</p>
<p>Snack:  Green Olives</p>
<p>Dinner:  Steak and Roasted Asparagus</p>
<p>Exercise:  Treadmill &#8211; 30.30 mins, 1.525 miles, 194.8 cals burned</p>
